Nicolette and her staff stepped in and from that point on, the only thing I had to worry about was how to make life as normal as possible. Everyone at her office is so friendly and really made me feel comfortable with the entire situation. My car was fixed quickly which made life much easier. They were reachable at any time of the day and I never had to worry about anything. Nicolette is so down to earth and friendly.
