When someone we love dies, it is natural for us to grieve and miss our loved ones. A year after (2/21/22) the passing of my Daddy and visiting STX - During my morning meditation 🧘‍♀️ it was like I heard my Daddy whispering in my ears saying. (Baby girl, enjoy and live your life to the fullest and experience ✨️ the things in life he never had the opportunity to do.) At that moment, tears rolled down my face; I promised myself I would live my life to the fullest and not wait until I was old and gray to enjoy life. You see, my Daddy had worked at the same place for over 40yrs and built and paid for his home with his life savings. However, unfortunately, he never had a Living will, Durable power of attorney, etc., and therefore his children were left with nothing. That led me to start thinking differently and hence led me to reach out to Atty. Jamy Barreau and ensuring I had set all of my affairs in order. I could leave his office knowing that my son, who is disabled, and my daughter could rest assured and know that I have ensured they would be all set. Statistics say, "More than 70% of Black Americans don't have a will." But regardless of the reason, you must have one, even if you have few assets and are young. That way, you can ensure everything you own gets to the people you choose without adding the burden of legal challenges to the emotional burden of losing you. Atty. Jamy Barreau is "passionate" and cares about what he does and was very patient and informative throughout the entire process (He even nicely packaged all of my documents in an Estate Planning Portfolio and wrapped it with a bow <3). So much so that I highly recommend and encourage you to contact his law offices to see what your options are. Please do NOT wait; we wouldn't think twice about spending hundreds of dollars on a pair of designer sneakers or handbags. Personally speaking, this has been one of the best decisions and investments I have made and, at the same time, building "generational wealth."

Absolutely the worst custody attorney around . Took my money and did nothing for my case when I have custody of my kids just needed court assistance. Useless and a waste of money and time. Case was as simple as could be he just wanted money and more money🤦🏻
