I retained attorney Daily when i had some issues with my landlord not following the proper procedures as a landlord. Once i tetained him he immediately went to work drafting & sending out correspondence to my landlord to prevent him from violating the lease. He also continued to be available to answer all my ongoing questions & provide me with the info i needed as it pertained to my tenant rights. His fee was also very reasonable & lowet than other attorneys i had consulted with.
