Inflexibility in making minor changes to existing documents
“Recently I reached out to them to make a few name changes (a simple word document 'find and replace'). I was originally told that I would have to drive 3 hours to Punta Gorda (I recently moved to Fort Lauderdale) to sign the new documents and they didn't know how much it would cost because it was a 'major' change (again... a simple word document 'find and replace').”
