Inconsistent legal information provided during process. A rare Summary Judgment granted in advance of even an evidentiary hearing when there were material facts in question. Original complaint filed did not reference substantive documentation to support my case. Sometimes on calls attorney did not reflect appropriate knowledge of the case. Told me we could appeal an obviously bad ruling by the judge. What he didn't tell me is that his firm would not handle the appeal. And no appellate firm is taking on a case where the nature of the dispute centers around $50K.
