Jordan represented me in court last month for the first time and very impressed. Jordan is concise and very powerful with his words leaving no stone unturned. Jordan consistently pushed back on the prosecuting attorney and did not back down, swaying the Judge to allow certain motions that she wasn’t going to allow earlier. After seeing Jordan in action, I have total confidence my case will exceed my expectations. I highly recommend him!

nobody ever wants to have to retain a lawyer. However, with that said Mr Germain and his team of experienced staff members helped my family tremendously in my dui case. The attorney pool in brevard is huge. I consider my self fortunate to have found this firm. I have been treated with the utmost dignity and respect from this firm in a very difficult time in my life. The ending result was a fair and just outcome, not only in my final case disposision but also there fees were manageable and they worked with me every step or the way. I highly recomend this law firm.

In April, 2015 Mr. Coulter was the attorney for my grandson in a rather complicated traffic violation case. He did an excellent job and my grandson got a not guilty verdict. He gathered witnesses, carefully investigated the case, and was very well prepared. We will be eternally grateful for his professionalism and help to us.

Hired Mark he was almost always late to court and once missed it made me look stupid in the court room. Seemed to work more for the state attorney than me the client.He heard the recording and knew it wasn't me he said but still kept telling me I'd lose trial so to take the deal.On trial day I kept asking him if he could beat the charges he said he couldn't and kept offering me lower and lower plead bargains.So i ended up taking the plea because i wasn't feeling confident with a lawyer who's not trying to fight for me. Then after he coerced me into taking the plea and I signed it and am waiting for my paperwork he tells me with a stupid grin on his face he says he's 99 percent sure he would have beat that.I don't understand stand how he can still live with himself as a lawyer after making an innocent man do time. Also had other pending charges fired him because he was offering me 3 to 5 years before we even went to court so I hired Bross and within months charges were dismissed.

NOT GUILTY! For me, those were a life changing two words. I talked to half a dozen attorneys before calling Mr. Germain's office and not only did he take my call on the spot, (the only one to do so) but he had my arrest information already pulled up when his legal assistant transferred the call. He was also the only one who showed a genuine interest, and even excitement, about taking my case. No BS, he didn't try to gouge me, and most important I walked away from the court house a free man. And for that there is no greater recommendation that can be made. Thanks for everything, my freedom is owed to Mark Germain and his team.

Mark Germain does not honor his word. He epitomizes the stereotype of ambulance chasing, fast talking lawyers. Do not use this firm unless you are prepared for them to back out midway. They will take your money and run leaving you with nothing.
