My concerns were addressed politely and directly, no reading between the lines

My personal experiences with Ivy and attorney Chris were in the beginning supportive and helpful before they quickly began ignoring my outreaches for 5+ days at a time, demanding documents resubmitted (with proof) 7-8 times EACH, and when requested documents didn’t include the information they needed and I reached out by phone and email for clarification, I never received returned calls from either. I then, after being ignored for over a week, received a hostile text telling me if I didn't submit the requested document (that id reached out for clarification on multiple times without a reply) by tomorrow they couldn’t process my case. I immediately texted, called and emailed the office within 5 minutes of receipt, to explain I would gladly get the document they wanted if they could clarify it but here I am without a reply again. Voice mails left, emails unanswered, texts not answered. Be careful they don’t seek to take your money and leave you in the dark, then send you threatening texts without doing any portion of their job.

Do it. Excellent customer service and excellent work without ever having to leave my home. I certainly was not the best client and Chris kept patience with me as well as thoughtfulness. Can’t thank you enough! It was a pleasure doing business with you!
