TLDR: Best Attorney ever. Don't think, call. In 2019 I was referred to Attorney Karen Montas through a friend. Hiring her and her firm turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever had the pleasure to make. At the time I was dealing with the fallout of an auto accident and had no clue what to do. I'd never been involved in one before. The initial consult impressed me. Karen and Joan were friendly, caring, and most importantly, honest with me. They asked hard questions, looked at the data I had, set expectations, and even informed me of my rights if I felt they were failing me. This initial positive experience started what was a near three year long relationship that has set a standard in my mind for what legal care is. Karen and Joan helped me through filing my insurance claims, followed up on it for me, helped me get medical care, find resources, anything and everything they could do, they did. I could always reach out via email or phone and one of them would respond promptly. I never felt neglected or out of the loop. They helped me survive what was a terrible time. Bedside manner and administrative excellence aside, they are also a fantastic law firm. They did well by me. My case was handled meticulously, I was always given updates, and options as to how to proceed. And in the finale, we reached a reasonable conclusion. If you need legal representation within their specialty, schedule a consult. You won't regret it. I never have.
