I have dealt with Ms Stage several times over the past 5 or so years and she has been instrumental in educating me on various HOA issues and questions. She is a solid expert in HOA law and has an excellent way of communicating her discussions to the client in a clear and very detailed way. I appreciate that as unlike most attorneys, who only provide lip service and "hire me for details" she provides the details at all times. When I have asked a question, I always hope and pray that Ms Stage answers my questions, and have not been disappointed. I too wish she had an office in S. Florida. She is not your typical attorney and provides the time and knowledge necessary for the client. She stands out from the crowd.

Barbara no only explained everything in detail but taught men a lot that I did not know to expect to see in Financial Records of an HOA/Management Company refused to provide. She empowered me to ask for shortfall payments for over 60k that seemed to be added to an assessment, no response yet but they did sign document requesting Financials.
