A terrible attorney, one who realizes that I took money out of my retirement account to put towards my retainer. - 20,000 dollars - "we will depose all of the principals ASAP!"- from Tom Ice. Tom Ice put himself on every invoice sent to me in 2012 & 2013 even though it was his associates "working" on my case researching "breaking and entering" to the tune of $27,000.00. Including $350.00 emails sent to the defendants, which were ignored, and never followed up on by Tom. I was a foreclosure client, but because I work for BNY Mellon, who Tom hates, I was dumped as a client on the same day Tom Ice was shot down in February 2013 in the Florida Supreme Court, in a case against my employer.

Thomas, and his impressive "ICE Team," all work together, collectively giving you a lot of brain power, experience, and a BIG advantage. I see Thomas as Chief Strategist and Quarterback. His reputation is that of a genius that deserves on-going applause. Compassionate. He cares if you stay in your home... and he and his team give it everything to make sure you do. I am in three of my house(s) because of his knowledge, energy, and skills. He is well-known as an extraordinary litigator; and is consistently rated the highest and Best by his peers. He knows the laws and procedures better than any; and this is a world where "detailia" matters, along with being incredibly articulate. Thomas is a solid citizen. And I must say, a kind and lovely person that I would recommend to anyone who wants the best... I am proud to say this man is my attorney -- especially when I'm in the Courtroom. As a former client, Ice put me off on his associates. He never goes to Court himself. Just sends his associates. He even sent his associate t the supreme court for oral argument
