I was the victim of a debt collection scam. An out-of-county law firm represented the debt collection company. The scam requires companies to "garnish wages" for fictional employees. The Albaugh Law Firm swiftly got the action dismissed AND they got the scammers to pay a legal fee. OUTSTANDING!

I was going through an adult adoption and tried to do things on my own, but kept getting different information every time I talked to one of the clerks at the court house. I decided to use Albaugh Law Firm and couldn't be more pleased. Not only did they handle everything for my family and I, but they stayed in constant communication with us. Mary would call or email me, but if I had a question I could call and they always answered the phone and would answer my question. Once my daughter and I signed the paperwork and they filed it we had our court date 6 days later, where if I wouldn't have done it myself the courthouse said it could be close to 45-60 days. Basically, they streamlined the whole process, kept us informed, attended the final judgement, and filed all the paperwork properly. Would definitely recommend.
