This group has represented me for the last 8 years with start up companies, property acquisitions, land investments, building constructions, tenant agreements, and more. The list is extensive. The whole team is outstanding. My personal interactions have been with Doug and David. Both of these individuals are outstanding at what they do. We recently hired Mr. James Whitehouse to help us with a variance issue with St Johns County. We hired Mr. Whitehouse because we knew that our request for a variance would be disputed.
Mr Whitehouse was excellent. He was not only expertly familiar with the appropriate county regulations, but also was familiar with the Committee members as well as the procedures for the variance application. His presentation at the hearing was persuasive (and again, he knew exactly what points to hit).
I was very pleased with Mr. Whitehouse, and would recommend him highly.
