From the moment I called Steven's office I was treated with the utmost professionalism. Lizzy handled the scheduling and made the onboarding effortless and pleasant. When I met with Steve, I was able to have all of my questions answered from the comfort of my home, over 2,500 miles away, but I still felt the quality of a personal relationship, and that it was even more productive than having an in-person meeting. Steven was knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient; not attributes I often associate with the legal profession. When he finished the initial consultation resolving the issues for my father's estate, I felt I had to compensate him in some way. He would not hear of it, and only asked that I think of him if I ever need estate planning legal work in the future. If you or your family needs any type of estate planning legal work, I would immediately call Steve's office. I know I will. (By the way, I did not check out his reviews before I met with him, but when I went to post this review I was not surprised at all to see all 5-star reviews)

Brittany organized and updated my will, and the various other documents needed to assure my wishes will be met. Her work is accurate, prompt and she answered all my questions and concerns patiently and thoroughly. We highly recommend her.

My husband and I went to Steve for help with estate planning on the advice of a good friend whose family had an excellent experience with him. My wife and I recently decided to take care of our estate planning. I talked to a couple of attorneys before meeting Steve. While they were both very professional, talking to them seemed to only increase our level of anxiety. We decided to keep checking to see if we could find someone we felt more comfortable with. I called the Zakrocki Law Firm. The phone was immediately answered by the office manager, Linda. She was very helpful and arranged for me to have a phone consultation that afternoon. Steve called right on time and we had a lengthy discussion to decide what would be best for us as far as a will or a trust goes. There were also many other issues besides who inherits what to be decided such as healthcare, end of life decisions, etc. After talking with Steve, we felt so refreshed and informed that we made an office appointment. Steve met with us and we decided that doing a will was in our best interest as opposed to a trust given the fact that our situation was not all that complex. That’s not to say that a will is not complex because it is. You can’t imagine the decisions involved with this until you do it and you better get a professional such as Steve, who takes the time to answer all your questions. He left no stone unturned. We could not be more pleased with the services we received and the professionalism of the office. I would also say that while price shopping was not the reason we looked around, we did save a substantial amount of money for the same service. Thank you, Steve.
