Brandon is the epitome of honesty and professionalism. If you want someone that knows the ins and outs of family law and is willing to fight for you, he is who you want by your side. He went above and beyond helping my son through an extremely difficult and emotional time. Brandon, along with his office staff, were there to walk us through the entire process and answer any questions. You are not just a client with him. You are treated as family.

I would highly recommend Brandon. The first attorney I used for my divorce, left off one detail, when my ex-wife was supposed to send me my funds. my consultation with Brandon didn’t go so well from my standpoint, there was nothing I could do. But he said give me a few days to think it over and low and behold he came up with a resolution for me called a petition we could file that if successful the court would sell the house so I can get my proceeds. Just the fear of that and several emails and phone calls on his behalf. Turn the tables. He was a life changer for me and I will always be indebted to him. This attorney attached me to my x husband for life via pre marital mortgages. X has rights to my name and social security for life, and if that's not enough 26 acres given to the x as well, without any reciprocity. If that's not enough on unequality of distribution, we can go further to the final judgement where the x also gets 34,000 extra in lying on the final judgement. And I also have to pay capital gains on the two properties I sold to purchase the 26 acres only two AND HALF YEARS AFTER i LEFT MY PRIMARY RESIDENCE IN LAND O LAKES, FL, THREE HOURS AWAY!!! Brandon never had good intentions in my case, and straight out of the gate, he was helping my x and not me.

I would highly recommend Brandon to anyone going through the most difficult journey in their life. He made it easy and with the least amount of stress. During mediation, he made me laugh over and over again by imitating Katt Williams. He even called his brother who also had me cracking up. I needed to relax and he knew it. As a stay at home mom, I knew I was facing a very challenging divorce. It would involve custody, alimony, assets, etc. I was so anxious and nervous. I had asked everyone I knew around town who was the best... and every single answer was Brandon Beardsley!! Most said they knew first hand, because their ex had hired Brandon, and they sure wished they had him as their attorney instead!! That's a superior compliment to any attorney. From start to finish the staff made me feel like I was their most important client. They walked me through the entire process and reassured me along the way. I am thrilled by the outcome of my case. Mr Beardsley is an excellent lawyer. He is very thorough and competent. In handling my divorce case we went over all of the details so that I understood what to expect. The morning of our Mediation started out as miserably as I expected it to... let's just say my seperation had been incredibly painful and confusing (we have a child). I truly believe without Brandon's professionalism and focus on the big picture, this nightmare of a divorce would have gone to trial (a certain lose/lose situation). He somehow kept the process on track, and though I'm not saying the settlement was a "treat" for me... at least he got my life back and I can move forward.

Brandon has that rare quality of understanding exactly what it will take to win in court and a courtroom presence that is something to behold. You want this guy representing you.

I hired Brandon as my divorce attorney to help me win custody of my daughter. He told me that he knew about these "20 factors" that the court considers and that no other attorneys knew about this, so he had an "edge". He sent me financial affidavit paperwork to fill out without instructions. Whenever I called he was never there. I left messages and he never called back. He did not respond to my emails. He sent interrogatories to my husband without telling me or asking for my input. He did not ask me for any "facts" regarding me or my husband. He received financial statements and never shared them with me. He set a 2 hour practice session to go over things before my first hearing and cut it short at one hour claiming that we were "ready". During the hearing, he allowed the opposing counsel to control 75% of the time, and only objected to testimony twice. He asked me questions that we did not practice, which caused me to hurt my own case. He did not ask me my side of the story for any of the lies my husband told on the stand, so his story became "fact". He failed to even mention my husbands documented suicide attempts, which I thought were highly relevant. He didn't file contempt charges when my husband removed the entire contents our home and took everything.

Brandon listens, strategizes and knows his way around the St. Johns County court. He saved me from PAYING alimony, got me back into my house, and got my kids back to me after a long drawn out nasty divorce proceedings, custody evals, psych assessments, and wage assessments. Brandon went way above and way beyond what most attorneys would have done. But if you want to win, he can't do it all by himself. You have to have your documents, paperwork, etc. ready to battle. Best part was he kept me sane the whole miserable time and proved patience will provail. He also tried to minimize expenses by NOT responding to every rediculous motion filed against me until we were in the hearing. Day one he said to do what he said, even if I didn't always agree. He was right - 99% of the time :). His strategy worked and I am forever grateful.

Brandon did fabulous work for us when he put together our wills four years back. He was clear and concise and exceptionally professional. Our objective was to keep our estate out of probate and we fill that Brandon has put us in this position when the will is eventually exercised.
