“Never consulted with me when going in for an offer with opposing counsel. Actually ended up siding with opposing counsel behind my back. Berman is sneaky and he's a liar. Does what he wants without communicating to his client. Never prepared me for a deposition, never kept me informed.”

“After spending almost $1,500, my wife and I are very displeased. Mr. Berman said everything was going to go our way. Not only are we out the money we spent towards him, well, it did not go our way and we are out thousands more dollars than Mr. Berman said we would.”
