While we had a favorable outcome in our case, we were not as successful as we hoped to be because we felt as if we were not appropriately advised by Mr. Lopez or his staff about the approximate costs associated with filing our claim. For the amount we paid per hour, we expected faster and more accurate service; documents had to be edited for factual and spelling mistakes that only added more time/money to our bill. We were disappointed by the lack of transparency and the time it took to complete simple tasks.

I had a consultation with Sean and found him to be professional, analytical, and felt like he was trying to do his best to serve me. He told me that some of the ideas I had would likely not achieve the results I wanted and would be a money drain, rather than just taking the work and billing me. That's the kind of honesty I appreciate from consultants and will certainly return to him in the future.

My landlord would not fix any issues in our unit. We had bugs, roaches, broken pipes and a leaky roof. I hired Lopez Law Group to help us get out of our lease. Not only did they get us out from under this horrible experience but they got my Landlord to compensate us for back rent and moving expenses.

I am a senior citizen and used Lopez law group to represent me an issue with a property management company. They were to write a Cease and Desist letter with my requests, and help in resolving the issues. Mr. Lopez communicated only through email, took over 5 weeks to write it and never represented me. Mr. Lopez charged $950.00, and showed no concern for my situation. It was a very disappointing experience. There are many law firms out there. Choose one that will care. Lopez Law does not.
