Jason helped my husband and I through the process of a deed in lieu negotiation on a rental property we had. The process was long and tedious, and he was always there to answer our questions and calm our nerves. He kept us informed, helped us with preparing all the papers necessary for the banks, dealt with the bank's legal department and attended court sessions. Jason walked me through the arduous process of dealing with a foreclosure. For over two years we battled with the much larger and disorganized institutional banks. I would have never thought we would ever get a favorable outcome. But in the end Jason and his firm were able to get a deal done and made all of the time and energy spent worth it in the long run.
