I have been watching Mathew and his practice for more than 5 years. He has one of the most impressive records in defending foreclosure cases in the state of Florida. Not only can he handle the cases, but his firm also is well known for appealing the all too often decisions of some of the foreclosure judges in Florida. If you happen to be lucky enough to be in an area that he serves, I would seriously consider using his skilled team of litigators.

I know Matthew Weidner personally, great guy, fantastic lawyer, someone you can trust. He loves his family; his kids are incredible.
I know him from his real estate law practice, and his blog, he understands the issues and likes to fight them. I met him once in Tallahassee Florida, at a home-owners rally, 2008.
He is the kind of lawyer who fights for his client`s legal rights. If he were in my neck of the woods, I would hire him in a heartbeat.
