I called Lee from a treatment center in Tampa after getting out of jail with my fourth DUI. He agreed to represent me, and I am absolutely ecstatic about the outcome. Lee and his staff, Jenica, were always available to answer any questions and keep me up to date on the progress of my case. The prosecution wanted me to do a year in the county jail. 9 months after my arrest, at the disposition hearing, Mr. Pearlman was able to negotiate with the judge to get me 6 months of community control! What a blessing it is, as I am a husband and father of three. Going away to jail would have been absolutely disastrous for my family and my career.
