Five stars all day long!!! I had a bad accident, beginning of this year. ( 1/2024) Super stressful, to say the least. My husband immediately reached out to Jim Jenkins. Jim responded , right away and was extremely comforting. Jim connected me to his paralegal, Lauren. (I cannot express enough how efficient, thorough, knowledgeable, patient, kind and effective this woman is). She helped calm my worry and frustrations, some times weekly… Jim /Lauren fought to get me the results I deserved -even when I wanted to give up. I am grateful I sought their counsel AND heeded their advice. I trust them and couldn’t be happier with the results of my case. I am ending 2024, with extreme relief, excellent results and gratitude. A 5-star attorney office. Lauren Kemler, Case Manager, was very attentive during the entire process of dealing with the auto insurance. Lauren would send messages (i preferred text messages) or call as she would receive updates, send via email all necessary forms, and answer any and all questions in a timely and professional manner. I started the whole process with a phone call, and she was on top of the situation and did not hesitate to answer all of my questions. At the end of the process, I did receive more than we had anticipated. I highly recommend Jenkins Law for any insurance claims and ask to speak with Lauren Kemler....you will not regret it.
