Needing a lawyer is not always a good thing. Dave Folkenflik’s Law Firm made my case as painless as possible. My questions were answered with understandable explanations in a timely manner. He was patient and considerate to my worries, always making time to hear me. His quiet efficiency was also reflected in his staff’s ability to communicate and quickly respond to my queries. David and his excellent staff helped me navigate my way through an arduous probate process. He absolutely has the knowledge and expertise to guide you through what can be a very complex maze of legal requirements. No two probate cases are alike, but by taking the time to listen to you and the specifics of your case, David can recommend the best way to handle your needs. He and his staff are not only very knowledgeable but also very warm and compassionate people. Dealing with the loss of a loved one is an overwhelming experience. I was in a position after inheriting a condominium of not having the money to pay an Attorney up front to take my Probate case. David not only took the case but was a 5 star, very experienced Attorney, who took a more difficult case then average, and navigated through some hurdles we encountered, including an improperly witnessed Last Will and Testament. David was very reassuring throughout the Probate case and always answered all my questions regarding the case. I could not have chosen better representation, or a better legal staff. All came out well in the end and I could not be happier with the results.
