David is a very competent attorney who knows the system well and provides excellent advice on how to proceed and deal with the ups and downs of a case. I felt that he did a good job of explaining things and of keeping me informed of status and progress as it occurred. I feel his fees were reasonable, and that he clearly explained them up front. There were no unexpected surprises along the way. He was always very friendly and happy to answer my questions no matter how seemingly inconsequential. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is need of an attorney for the types of law he engages in.

David was great to work with helping me file probate with the courts on my father’s home after his death. He was extremely prompt in filing the necessary papers and continued to follow-up with the clerk. David kept me posted through the entire process via emails and phone calls. I was told by another attorney that it would take 6 months to complete the process but David got it accomplished in 3 weeks!

I was in a car accident and had no idea what to do, a friend found me Mr Folkenflick, I called told the office the issue and was able to get in right away to talk to him. His office found me my chiropractor, my pain management doctor and my surgeon. All I had to do was go and take care of myself they handled everything. I would get periodic calls to see how I was or I called to check in. He fought to get my bills down so I was able to get more of my settlement money. If I had questions at anytime from start to finish I was able to call the office and speak with someone and get a quick response.

David Folkenflik is a top notch professional who helped me administer my Auntie's estate. There were 10 surviving beneficiaries, several of whom have dropped out of the mainstream. I was grateful for his tenacitiy and his knowledge of estate matters. My Auntie died on Januuary 22, today, October 1, I have received the Final Dischage from the Courts. I think that is a testamony to David's exceptional attention to detail and outstanding ability to keep the details moving forward.

Mr. Folkenflik was my attorney for an auto accident case I was in. At thie time of my accident I did not know where to turn to. I was not certain I would need much medical care or attorney services. Dave did not pressure me to hire him and it turned out I did need his services. He helped me not only get my car fixed but also get my money back for a new child car seat I needed. The adjuster from the insurance company had first said she would pay for it then turned around and denied it. Thankfully, having an attorney helped me by having the adjuster cover what she indicated she would. Although I was in a minor car accident, it caused me a lot of long term pain. I was able to get in and treat with several doctors for my pain. He is trustworthy and very helpful. We received a favorable settlement and I would highly recommend anyone to anyone.
