I hired Attorney Nicholas Lang to represent my HOA Board in a recall matter, it was the worst mistake I made. He not only gave me and fellow Board members ill-advice, he 'botch' the minutes of the meeting for the recall, and place blame for his mishandling on myself and the HOA Secretary. His ill-advice costs my HOA thousands of dollars, in legal fees including his fees. I would not recommend Attorney Nicholas Lang to any HOA Community or individual homeowners looking for an Attorney.
