I just want to let everyone know that this law firm sends foreclosure mails to people that aren’t even part owners in the mortgage. My ex wife received at her house mail stating that my house was foreclosed. We have been divorced over 8 years. This has created a horrible situation with my present wife and with my kids. I now have a copy of this letter and will be calling to get legal advice. I just want to clarify due to medical and life events my house got backed up in payments but I am resolving the issue with the bank. This law firm doesn’t know what they are doing and who they should send these mails to. My ex wife took a copy of this letter and forward it to my family and friends.
