Kirk Eason went above and beyond on our case. His office and paralegal were very professional, quick to respond and good communication. I appreciated his honesty and patience throughout our legal dispute. With Kirk I never felt our case was on the "back burner" as other attorneys sometimes tend to do. I got an answer every time I called, either from him or Caitlyn, his paralegal. Good communication is key in the legal field. I would recommend them.

terrible follow up. I lost communication after paying the client agreement. This guy does not care for you or winning your case. As far as I'm concerned He is making a living from just the retainer fees. I don't know if I was treated differently because I am young, and assumed nieve, but I went through a terrible ordeal where the landlord wanted to keep my security deposit, in which I hired Kirk. long story short I ended up scrwed out of my security deposit and retainer money. He promised me that I had a case, But did not follow up with me a single time, and was upset at my multiple attempts to contact him saying I was trying to "create false document". anyway, I did'nt read any reviews before hiring him, But I pray, that no one else is taken advantage of like myself. Mind you, I am a full time student, working a part time job, paying all of my bills. so a $580 security deposit and $250 retainer fee kept me from eating a few nights...not that kirk or anyone in that office is concerned. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!!!!!!!!!!signed- a very humble, and genuienly caring 25 yo electrician.
