I highly recommend Kirk and his team. Kirk was knowledgeable and professional from day one of our eviction case. He responded to all of my emails in a timely manner, made me feel comfortable, and was professional throughout. Kirk is an active listener and well organized.

So unprofessional. I called to schedule a consultation and the representative I spoke with to schedule the appointment with the attorney was very rude. She cut me off in the middle of speaking, no empathy whatsoever. Dismissed me before I was done asking questions. May have good attorneys but horrible first impression.

Mr. Eason took years of stress off my life… there is nothing more frustrating than paying for someone to live under your roof for free. I hired an attorney at $350/hr and paid $35 every short phone call I had with him, that’s if I could even reach him…. He promised me he would have my tenant out in no time! Well 6 weeks go by and my tenant hadn’t even gotten served! That’s when I called Kirk, he put me at ease right away, served my tenant within a few days and we got a court date weeks before my rock-star $350/ hourly “pit-bull” attorney managed to get a hearing. Today we closed the case and my tenant will be out in a couple of weeks only because the holidays will inevitably slow down any alternative methods anyway. I can’t recommend Kirk Eason enough, sounds like a gimmick but today this guy was my hero. Thanks Kirk!
