I would recommend hiring Maribeth or Summer if you're even in a situation that requires legal representation for defense. The entire team treated me and my family as if we were the only case they had. Their billing was beyond fair and they helped me out with an arrangement that allowed me to feel confident that hiring an attorney vs being appointed one was the right decision. Not just financially but in every other way. My legal outcome could not have been better and I'm grateful for all the hard work the team put in for me. They stayed in contact with my family and helped them get through this difficult time as well. I'm grateful they represented me.

With serious felony and misdemeanor charges pending in a new state I was unsure where to turn. I wanted to fight the charges to whatever extent it would take and upon my initial meeting with Beth she told me she was happy to do that. She also informed me of every possible detail and way the case could play out. Communication was excellent, I was always able to reach Beth with a question or concern and she never made me feel like my case was less important to her, or that she did not have time.
