Cannot say enough good things about Richard McKyton. I was referred to him from a friend and boy am I grateful. He was always available to meet with me if need be and very prompt on returning my calls. He is extremely knowledgeable and gave me a great sense of comfort through his confidence. My case took almost a year to see through and he was diligent and accommodating all the way through. We ended up getting the result we wanted and I cannot thank him enough!!

I was involved in a car accident that was nothing more than a tap on the car in front of me. The police were never called because it was so minor. I agreed to pay the other driver to have his car buffed out. When the driver went in to have his car buffed he called and said their was internal problems with his vehicle and said it would be $2,500 of damages. This person was trying to rip me off. I told him no. The insurance company then came after me suing me for $8,000. The driver was now saying he had neck injuries. I called Richard Mckyton and explained my situation. He said, "I am certain we will win", and that is exactly what he did. I will not only refer him in the future but will use him myself again and again. He was honest, keep me informed, and did what he said he would do. Great guy!!!!!

Saying thank you is not enough! Mr Mckyton gave my family hope when all we could see was despair. He is by far the best attorney in the Tampa Bay area!
