My wife and I are retired and promised ourselves this year that we would create an estate plan after witnessing a neighbor go through a long and difficult probate process after her mother passed away. Our estate attorney, Mr. Hunter Rawls, is an expert in his field and spent many hours fully explaining the process to us, transmitting draft documents to us for our review, and then conducting additional follow-up meetings with us to ensure we were fully comfortable with all the legal documents that would comprise our completed plan. Hunter always made us feel as though his priority was our best interest. After our final signing ceremony this week, we left feeling as though we had not simply hired an attorney, but had met a new friend.
