Basic office materials and appearance need improvement
“Initial impression is quite pathetic when receiving an envelope where the name of a former partner is whited-out. Instead of decent letterhead, Zacur & Graham correspondence is with a very worn inkjet printer. Seriously, Staples can print letterhead with envelopes inexpensively even in small quantity.”

Questionable interpretation of personal expenses as business activities
“Apparently when one does that and buys groceries, holiday items and presents for a some friends and family, gets some housewares on sale etc. all for one's self and has them delivered because temporarily cannot drive for a while, that is deemed clearly running a business according to Zacur & Graham. Seriously? So according to Zacur & Graham if one's clothes and shoes purchases are all in sized to fit a single body that's a business--please let me know where I can shop at such establishment since that would save me and many women oodles of time.”
