“Initial impression is quite pathetic when receiving an envelope where the name of a former partner is whited-out. Instead of decent letterhead, Zacur & Graham correspondence is with a very worn inkjet printer.”

Questionable judgment regarding client activities
“Apparently when one does that and buys groceries, holiday items and presents for a some friends and family, gets some housewares on sale etc. all for one's self and has them delivered because temporarily cannot drive for a while, that is deemed clearly running a business according to Zacur & Graham.”
