First thing that is most important in this review I have been in trouble unfortunately with the law quite a few times. With that said I have used PDS and I've also had bad experiences using paid lawyers but if you have been in trouble with the law and times are tough and you know you feel you have to use a PD just realize the end consequences could be lots of fees and probation and things that cost money as opposed to a team of lawyers that will go in and do the best they can for you and I know that Samara Ballard cares for each person and literally sat and spend a long time talking with me about my case and the outcome was great 😃

I called to speak to an attorney for legal advice. The woman who I spoke to referred me to another firm. When I called the other firm, they said I didn’t qualify for an appointment since my income was too high. I’m not sure what I said to have her assume I was a low income client. Maybe have a better screening process? Definitely lost my business.
