We were referred to Chuck Moore by a retiring attorney who was rated the best in the area. He told us that Chuck was the best he knew and we would be in good hands. Chuck is VERY invested in bankruptcy law and knows everything - he studies tax code and bk law for fun. Not only is he extremely well-versed in the field, he is straightforward, kind and down to earth. He is so enthusiastic about his work and his clients and gives it to you straight but with kindness. He is very easy to reach - I never waited more than a few hours to connect with him on any subject no matter how trivial. He always calls and is very responsive by email as well. When our family needed help with a possible Chapter 13, with Mr. Moore and his team, I felt like he treated us as a family member, the honesty, care, and explanation throughout the entire process was amazing. I lost all anxiety, when Charles took on our case we were so scared and we had small children at the time, we were living with so much stress of unpaid bills. We could not be happier with a stand up guy like Mr. Charles Moore, I would recommend him to anyone that needs to TRUST and who needs help, we just wanted to start over, and get on with their life. We feel he really gave us our happy life back, and we couldn't be happier.

At the very least take advantage of his free consultation. Hiring an attorney was overkill for my situation. In the course of my free consultation he put me at ease and told me the ins and outs of the proceedings I was facing. Chuck, knows his business. Today I walked through my proceeding just as he described and with his knowledge in my pocket I came out even better than he predicted. I had invested in a number of real estate properties just before the market crashed. I tried negotiating with the banks, but that didn’t work. I was over a million in debt and losing about $2,000 a month. I needed a good attorney. Chuck had done a very good job for a family member a few years before so I called him again. He immediately saw that I could do a special case Chapter 7, saving thousands a month for 60 months in Chapter 13, since my total debt was much more than 50% business debt. He explained what was going on in every step of the process and believe it or not, actually returned every one of my phone calls. An attorney that returns phone calls – unheard of in the profession. My case was extremely complicated and he handled every aspect consummately. He spent so much time that I offered him more money, but he refused to take it. He and Glory were almost like dealing with family and every time I’d start to panic, Chuck would calm me down. I can still call him with a question and he never fails to answer it and help me. Chuck is well thought of by his legal peers and the judges. I would totally recommend him to anyone who needs help financially.
