We brought a timeshare and soon realize what we got ourselves into. We are extremely pleased with their counsel in getting our timeshare canceled. They explained the process and charged a very reasonable fee. Importantly, the timeshare company mistakenly placed a foreclosure on our credit report. Finn Law works with Swift Law to assist in such cases and Swift was able to assist us with successful lawsuits and settlement agreements against both the credit reporting agency as well as the timeshare company.

I hired the Finn Law Group to get me out of 2 timeshare contracts that were years old, never available for the time we wanted with fees increasing each year. The firm is straight forward, knows how to get the job done. Getting this done on your own I think is near impossible to accomplish. One took about 6 months and the other about 14 months. Highly would recommend if that's the result you want.

We were taken advantage of in the worst way by Capital Vacations. I am not a naïve person or a gullible person. I asked the right questions and did my due diligence before making my decision to convert my traditional timeshare into points through Capital. No matter how much research you do you can't prepare for outright lies. You don't find out about the lies until 30 days after you sign up for the timeshare and then it's too late. I spent weeks researching who to call to help us get out of the contract and at every turn Finn Law Group had the best reviews and best results. I am so blessed to have found them and make the call. From the first call with the case coordinator throughout the process with our paralegal, Shawna, they never waivered in their pursuit of a positive outcome for my wife and I. Finn Law Group wasn't the cheapest place we could have gone but they were, by far, the most confident in their ability to achieve a positive outcome for us. I am so grateful for their efforts, our credit rating never dropped even one point and we never paid them another dime.
