I hired the Finn Law Group in June of 2021 to help with a vacation club contract that I no longer could handle in Mexico. Joel Osborne and the entire Finn Law Group lived up to their reputation. They were professional and laid everything out so nothing was hidden. I HIGHLY recommend this law group. It's been less than 3 months and today I got word that my contract is cancelled and I no longer am obligated for the loan or the maintenance fees. Nothing was hidden, all communications were honest. I did a lot of research before choosing them and even so, in the pit of your stomach you hope you are making the right decision and not just bleeding more money. Looks like I chose wisely this time! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I hired Dain of Finn Law Group to help me get out of a timeshare should have never been pressured into buying. Dain explained the procedure, time frame and cost. It was a slow process from the timeshare companies end, but Dain stayed on top of them. One of the good things was that I was kept in the loop as to what was happening. Very pleased. It took some time for the resort admit that they were beaten--to get used to the idea and finally cave in. But that was just because they're so slow to learn. They were beaten from the instant I called Finn Law Group. The resort should have just thrown in the towel the moment I pulled these experts in. Mr. Michael Finn is an intelligent, personable and responsive man. And he has built a team each of whom demonstrates the same fine qualities. Again, we couldn't be more pleased. We bought a timeshare at a Mexican resort and needed to cancel our contract for multiple reasons. After speaking with the resort, they agreed to cancel our contract; however, rather than finalizing the deal, they sent us straight to collections and stopped responding to us. We hired Finn Law to help us get out of the contract and remove the collection account. Mr. Finn and Mr. Osborne were extremely professional, helpful, and courteous along the way. They were able to successfully negotiate an end to our contract (and get proof in writing), and the collection account disappeared. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome!
