Horrible experience! My husband called in and spoke with legal assistant Haley Jarvis. Haley asked about our issue and then quoted a price. We were then denied, apparently because they discovered we are a minority. They could tell by our last name and the sound of my husband's voice. DESPICABLE behavior to say the least! No one, including Attorney Ronald J. Marlowe, even had the decency to call us back to discuss the issue with us, as if we weren't human. More online reviews coming in hopes that we can save others from going through this. BEWARE!

The legal assistant for this firm promises one thing, and then the lead attorney comes in with higher and hidden fees later. We were not able to reason with them. Scary.
