Unbelievable! I contracted with them to collect on several debtors and paid them money. After the funds were transferred I never heard anything from them. I called only to hear "OH THEY COULD NOT BE SERVED" I gave up calling because they never gave me any thing in writing regarding updates on the cases! Maybe that is how they operate. Oh yeah one star because you have to give them something to post

Edit: Just received a letter indicating that in fact this collection agency was indeed hacked and information maliciously accessed during November 2023 and December 2023. The letter also stated no adequate encryption was used to store personal identifying Information. Worst collections company ever. I suggest you look up your payment balances because I just got a call saying that their IT department apparently deleted all the payment information. I had to confront the rep because he first wanted to gaslight me in thinking I had not provided current bank info, when pressed about it the said it was a mistake their IT department made. So the loose your sensitive financial info and it's not a big deal for them. Be warned

Dennis Griffin is extremely unprofessional, aggressive, harassing, belittling, and nasty!!! I called regarding a medical collection that was incorrect information. He was yelling at me telling me I owed this debt and wouldn’t listen that all of this was previously paid except one visit that the doctor office was resending to insurance and I was waiting for that result from the dr. Office. I finally had to hang up on him! I immediately called my doctor office who doesn’t even know why this went out to this office. We reviewed that I was correct and everything was dealt with in a professional manner. I told them if I were them that I would not use an office like this due to how they are treating their patients!!! My doctor office was extremely apologetic and handled everything so I would not have to hear or deal with this company again!

I was called regarding an mri bill that is in collection due to a late billing to my pip benefits through my auto insurance. Gentleman claims to know exactly what I said and what I provided. When clearly I know and have actual dates when my insurance was billed. The facility billed my insurance months later when I already exhausted my benefits through my chiropractor. Harassment , and vulture like behavior. Secondly, never signed any paper with them. Pursue how you like, when you don’t bill a insurance company right away, and bill my insurance MONTHS AFTER PROCEDURE. You cannot request someone to pay out of pocket! When you know it should’ve been filed and billed accordingly. I will not be paying full for an accounting error on the facilities end. Horrible attitude and assuming behavior.

This place is truly unprofessional! After calling to inquire about a letter I received that was false and I call to resolve the issue she was definitely less than helpful. She tells me she doesn’t see what I am talking about. After talking to her she then hangs up on me when I am trying to ask for her name. When I call the office back I tell her I was not finished talking and I was asking for her name and she says “you can lose your attitude” but who doesn’t have an attitude after you have been rudely hung up on. Needless to say I didn’t use foul language just had a strong tone because I am rightfully upset! Clearly these people do not get trained in empathy! Had she simply said I am so sorry you are annoyed let me see if I can resolve this issue or give it a few days and maybe it will show up, then this could all be avoided. But instead she feels she is some kind of superior and can converse with people any way she wants to. When I ask to speak to a manager after she said to “lose my attitude” he too failed to apologize for the lack of empathy. I call back a second time to hopefully talk to someone else and I then get an apology from him. How about we do things right the first time. And in a world where there are hard working people that don’t have a job or get the opportunity and would probably do a better job than Her on the phone you should really seek more professional, empathetic staff members. Or he could of been a manager handed her the phone so she could apologize.
