If you are looking for an attorney that will go the extra mile, Tom is your guy! Even when a case unfortunately lingers on way longer than it should, Tom remained patient and stayed on top of things so that I could focus on getting better. He doesn’t sugar coat the facts and will tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. Strongly recommend!

I was referred to Yanchuck, Berman, Wadley P.A. by my brother after I was involved in my first car accident. Thomas Wadley and his staff did an excellent job representing me and looking out for my best interest. Since they did a great job on my first case, I’ve continued to have them represent me with my 2nd car accident. Having gone through a traumatic experience physically and emotionally, it would have been very stressful dealing with the insurance companies and medical bills. Tom has been my attorney for 20 years. He handled my first personal injury case 20 years ago, and then another personal injury case a few years later. He is very detail oriented and will explain everything to you; no question is too small. Also, since I have had him as my attorney for so long, I do know this... he does not give up !
