The Office Manager, Cindy Ramirez, more than exceeded our expectations! She’s like no other. Years ago my daughter was involved in an automobile accident, and I have never felt more frustrated because I was out of the country and unable to be there for her. On top of everything, the officer, although it was clearly the other person’s fault, left things on the report as inconclusive and pretty much called it a “he said she said”. Cindy went herself to the scene with my daughter, to make sure she got every single detail so she could fight for her. I don’t know how she did but the other insurance company ended up accepting 100% liability, paid for the total loss of the vehicle, and about 9 months later, received a settlement compensation that was way more than we ever expected. To be honest, just the fact that the other insurance accepted liability meant everything for us. Everything else was a big plus. She treated us like family and I will never forget this. I recommend her in the firm 100%.

Very Knowledgeable firm and staff .Unfortunately I had to use their services due to a car accident I experienced about a year ago.They have been guided me through out the whole process and never had left me alone in the case .Cindy have been awesome I truly recommend this office with me eyes closed .
