Donny Kilfin is an exceptional attorney. He knows the law inside and out. Additionally, Donny previously worked as a prosecutor at the Pinellas County Justice System and has built the type of relationships within the courthouse that you would want representing you. I was looking at 48 months prison time for a serious felony and Donny was able to work out a plea deal with just probation for me. Donny is an outstanding guy! He did an amazing job. I was looking at a 3 year minimum mandatory prison sentence. He got it reduced to a misdemeanor and a with hold adjudication. I would recommend him to anyone! Very hard working and talented.

Donnie likes to divide and conquer, when possible, he will present one issue at a time to the Court (by not asking for too much at one time it makes it simpler for the Court to provide the desired outcome). He has no problem with returning to the Court as many times as your issues require without charging you any additional fees. This happened when we were seeking early termination of my probation. On the first attempt, the Judge use a bogus excuse for not granting it. On the second attempt of presenting our EARLY TERMINATION OF PROBATION MOTION, it was granted in a very short Court appearance. Going to Court with Donnie is as easy as spreading warm butter on hot toast. Before you know it, your time in front of the Judge will be history. Donnie has been at bat in the Court for me four times so far. Each time he has hit a home run for me (one time -Motion for Early Termination of probation -required a second swing to succeed). Another time he accomplished something that to our knowledge and the local Florida State officials’ knowledge has never been done before in Pinellas County. He successfully moved two visitation motions through the Court. Additionally, Donnie convinced a determined probation officer not to file a VOP on me. This is the best attorney I could ask for. Legally he is on top of things, but my favorite thing is his communication. He does not use secretaries so he can personally stay on top of things. I'm able to communicate with him at any point in time. If your going through a hard time you will value that feature.
