I hired Herring and Herring law firm to defend me on a domestic violence case. During the entire process Mike, Nell and Scott were helpful, reliable, Professional, dependable, just absolutely AMAZING! The ordeal was nerve-racking enough. Every time I called with a question, no matter how small Mike took the time to explain the process to me. We took this matter to trial. Scott and Mike did an amazing job of making sure the jurors knew The inconsistencies the state had in their case. While fighting for me in this case they were very professional, Mike cares about his clients and will fight for the best possible outcome. I would HIGHLY recommend Herring and Herring if you need an attorney that is willing to fight for you. Scott and Mike are EXCELLENT attorneys. Nell is a god sent, she always took the time to calm me down when I called freaking out. I am VERY grateful for Herring and Herring they treated me like family.

Twenty years ago, my husband was killed in an automobile accident that should have never happened.
