Attorney Melissa represented me in a complicated divorce case. She is a very smart and compassionate family attorney who knows her stuff. She was always available on the phone/email and respond to my queries promptly. Above all she is a great human being who genuinely cares for her clients. She was thorough and did a great job of dealing with my husband’s attorney. We eventually settled out of court, which was great since it saved a lot of money and time. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend Melissa Migdalski to anyone in need of an attorney. Ms. Migdalski is extremely knowledgeable in the field of family law and knows how to deal with complex issues which can arise in court setting. i know a lot of people get mad at lawyers for telling them no or making rules for contacting them, but in this case Melissa did it for my own good and I ended up resolving my case for what I deserved. SHe's honest and you can trust what she says. Thank you Melisa

My experience with Melissa Migdalski was that she rarely returned any of my e-mails or phone calls. She never kept me informed about my case. I had to call or stop by her office to get updated on my case. Her knowledge was questionable because she never finished my case.
I would not recommend her as your lawyer!

ONE of the three worst lawyers in orlando that I kown. I'm not recommend her but even probono, I lost my kids for her bad legal advice and for her paralegal Jennifer legal advice. she don't even trying to help me or read papers for me like my lawyer, to give her point of view that what I'm signing. now I lost my money , my life, my kids, my job for this lawyer and her company.
