When I made the decision to file, I called around and spoke to a few attorneys. Some of them made me feel like a number, and others were way too pushy. I had like 100 questions and scenarios, and William Von Hoene answered them all. I chose William because I found him to be very compassionate and really listened to my needs. Anytime I had a question, I was able to call, text, or email him and I always received a prompt reply. I had a super experience with him and I recommend you choose him too! 5 Star service for sure!

I have to say that Mr. Von Hoene and his firm were very professional and knowledgeable and very responsive. Refreshing in this day and time. I would not hesitate to fully recommend this firm for your bankruptcy and workout services. My only regret is that I did not set an appointment sooner and saved myself a lot of worry and sleepless nights.

I do not know why Ms Von Hoene is not rated but for my wife and I she is a 10. Not only did we get to stay in our house, we stopped the foreclosure and had our loan modified to our terms. I cannot speak highly enough of her services. She always returned our calls and more importantly she knew exactly what to do to stop the bank from foreclosing and to negotiate. My first lawyer told us to file bankruptcy but as you can see that was not necessary. We will always use Ms Von Hoene.

All I can say is that until I met Ms Von Hoene I felt that the mortgage company had all the power. My wife and children were scared we were losing the house. I was stressed and took it out on my wife. It was a very bad time. Then my neighbor who was in a similar situation told me about his lawyer. I met with Susan and it was the best move I have ever made. She took the time to explain all of my options and we came up with a plan. It's been 28 months now and it looks like we will get our modification! Susan is worth every penny. Thanks Susan
