Mr. Von Hoene was very understanding in our situation. My wife was against filing as she was concerned that it was just not right but I wanted to move on and get some relief. He explained the various options that we had available and let us know we did nothing wrong. The economy has hit everybody. Wefiled and the calls stopped. It was exactly as he said it would be.
