Update website and stop false advertisement...reviews are false

Karla Lopez is a very hard working attorney at this office. She is very competent and thorough, and really helped us when we needed her. She has been throughout the process looking out for our best interest, and is very honest and considerate. Will gladly use her services again.

In year 2022, I hired this law firm, formerly known as Moran, Sanchy & Associates, for a dispute with my homeowners' association (HOA). Unfortunately, the case made little progress beyond a single letter written to the HOA. Moreover, the firm failed to identify a lien against my condo that was put by the HOA's attorney. This oversight only came up after I consulted another law firm. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them for handling HOA disputes.

I hired Jerry Sanchy to help me close on a home that had a slew of issues. It became apparent that I needed an attorney and I'm thankful that I found him.
