Hi ! I call twice and never got a call back , I think is not a profesional it would have been better to get a call saying they could not take the case !

My wife and I engaged Attorney C. Ryan Violette of Moran, Sanchy & Associates, Sarasota, FL for assistance regarding a travel club contract we signed 11+ years ago. The travel club views our contract as lifetime. We believe they breached contract by not providing competitively priced travel and other numerated benefits. After 8+ years of club inactivity, the club began pressuring us for past years dues, fees, plus reactivation of our membership. Ryan reviewed our contract and associated documents, identified the weakness in the travel club’s case and the strengths of our position. Ryan gave us a plan should the situation escalate, confidence, and peace of mind. Ryan has a friendly, compassionate style coupled with a command of the law. We highly recommend Ryan.

The absolute worst set of lawyers I have ever dealt with! They completely stole my money and did absolutely nothing to help my case. Here I am over a year from dealing with my HOA harassments due to their complete incompetence. Please take my advice and don't be a victim of this incompetent law firm! They will tell you everything you want to hear to get your hard earned money, then as soon as you pay their retainer, they do nothing but take every last cent from you with not one thing resolved! The absolute worst set of lawyers I have ever had to deal with in my life!

This is a man that cares about every client. True to his word. Always makes time when you call. He has called me at 6 am to keep me informed because he would be out later. All I can say is an absolutely amazing man. Not a better lawyer anywhere.

As the executor, In the course of resolving my parent's estate and living in Michigan with the rest of our family 1,300 miles away, I was given Jerry Sanchy's name through a friend of a friend of a friend who gave Jerry the highest recommendations!!! Shortly there after, coming to Florida and dealing with a home, it's contents, etc. I met with Jerry for the first time. He was calm, professional, explaining the entire estate process and cost. I left the meeting extremely relieved and confident that he would be representing me and our family through this challenging endeavor. Before the Florida estate was finalized, Jerry did far more than his share of legal heavy lifting, jumping through hoops, and over hurdles, dealing with multiplied lawyers from my parents past legal protections. Many times I apologized to Jerry for the challenging legal difficulties of my parent's past but he overcame them all. A number of times I didn't think the estate could be resolved but Jerry continued to forge ahead working through each and every issue. The Florida estate is now done. Thank-you so much Jerry, ten thousand times, Thank-you, P.S. My families circumstances may just be like most people and just another day in the legal world but I can't say enough good about the fantastic job Jerry did for us. We give him the highest of recommendations.
