John Ferrari came very highly recommended. Mr. Ferrari did not disappoint. He was very accessible, knowledgeable and extremely patient. He was available to answer any and all questions. He was quite engaged in the task at hand and left me feeling that he was genuinely concerned about my wishes. Extremely easy to work, Mr. Ferrari treats his clients with professionalism and respect. My sister and I flew in to Florida in a tailspin to help my mother with my elderly father who, one late eve, was transported to the ER. Everything, in a short period, became a blur- "information overload" - as we realized a nightmare- our always smart, sweet, caring father would have to be quickly and permanently moved to a memory care facility. We, after making a lot of calls, to not only find a highly reputable attorney, but one we felt we could trust and one who would be willing to quickly answer a multitude of pressing questions (and he didn't nickel- and -dime us, by the way), still feel so fortunate to have found John Ferrari amidst an overwhelming sea of Florida estate planning/elder care attorneys. He is awesome. If I lived in Florida, I would definitely use him for my own planning needs. My mom now tells everybody she knows about him and his excellent service. My father passed away recently and there were a lot of things which needed to be quickly addressed. Because of the work John did for my father and then for me, things are functioning predictably and remarkably smoothly, easing burdens during tough times like these. The peace of mind that I have had over the legal matters has allowed my family to focus on the personal matters and that is a wonderful thing. As issues, questions and related projects have come about, John has always been easy to reach and his intervention and suggestions have been quite effective. I also like that John is confident about his opinions and that I can rest easy about whether work is being done properly. If a legal project runs in an unusual direction, John has no problem immediately delving into it; quickly summarizing the pros, cons and suggested next steps. John is also technically easy to reach. Some professionals aren't particularly comfortable with email, text, but John is, and that makes tasks related to the difficult times easier to accomplish. Thanks again John!!

John helped me with a contract for design services I was creating, that had special needs and circumstances. He responded to my email immediately and we had a phone call conference within a couple of hours. He was very helpful and straightforward. He provided good advice and direction on my matter. This is the second time I have used John and I will continue to do so.
