I am so very disappointed with the lack of communication, collaboration, and support from Allan Baily. This was a simple divorce case, but he is blatantly partial to certain individuals. He went behind my back with scheduling, I had to repeatedly email and call just for an update, etc. I was always left questioning if he was actually representing me and my children. After almost $5,000 and still no resolution, I not only have to find and retain someone else, but I wasted money and over a year of my time. Quite discouraging. Would not recommend.

We selected Andrew Boyer to establish our estate plan because he is one of the few lawyers in Sarasota that is a board certified Elder Law lawyer. From past experience in dealing with my dad's estate, I learned the hard way the importance of have a lawyer that was certified in elder law.
Andrew and his paralegal, Lucie R. Gurley, made the entire estate planning process a professional and efficient process.
