Hands down this is the best attorney ever! He has helped me so much with my case and he is there at all times for any questions or help you need. Referred me Bill Jury and my ex Rose Bergeron (client of record) to a lawyer David Taylor working out of their office who was non responsive and Mr Baily never got on the phone to help get their referred lawyer to do his job and i had to dismiss this referred lawyer. Due to a mixup w my Gmail which I seldom use but is linked to all reviews the the last name shows as "Kramer" but Rose Bergeron is clients case name as stated.

I used The law offices of Baily & Baily for my child custody case. I can tell you as a father I was worried because the courts generally side with the mothers. Allen made sure I understood everything and took his time to explain the things I didn't understand. He worked diligently and his staff were very professional and always made me a priority. Run away, don’t walk from this law firm ! Total incompetence and integrity from Mr. Ken Boyer. We are out several thousands of dollars for documents with the wrong name for a trustee. It was brought to his attention before signing and he still got it wrong. Now he wants more money to correct his mistakes. Seek legal services elsewhere !!!
