Receptionist was terribly rude, and my experience with her was so jarring that I find myself unlikely to move forward with this law firm. It is a shame that such a high rated law firm would hire such cruel receptionists. This only tarnishes the experience with this law firm from the start. As I continue through the process of getting more information on this law firm, I believe I will be disappointed.
